Request deletion of your Parkday account, or of specific data, in one email.
Delete your account
Email app@heyparkday.comfrom the address on your Parkday account with the subject “Delete my Parkday account.” We’ll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, and workplace.
- Your order history and meal preferences.
- Any saved dietary restrictions and allergen settings.
We keep transaction records required for accounting and tax compliance, and any data we are legally required to retain, for the period the law requires. Everything else is removed.
Delete some of your data instead
If you want to keep your account but remove specific data, such as order history or dietary settings, email app@heyparkday.comand tell us what to remove. We’ll handle it the same way.
